A safe space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted exactly as you are

Neurodivergent Therapy online or in person in Suffolk for neurodivergent clients and those living with OCD.

When life feels harder than it should

Maybe you've spent years wondering why life feels harder than it seems to for everyone else.

Perhaps you've become so good at masking that you're no longer sure what's really you. Maybe anxiety, overthinking or intrusive thoughts have become exhausting. Or perhaps you've recently discovered you're autistic or ADHD, and suddenly lots of things are beginning to make sense.

Whatever has brought you here, you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Inside the Therapy Room is a place where you can slow down, explore your experiences without judgement and begin making sense of your unique way of seeing the world.

Together, we'll build a greater understanding of who you are, recognise your strengths as well as your struggles, and help you feel more confident being yourself.

Hi, I'm Paula

Qualified integrative therapist providing neurodivergent-affirming therapy in Suffolk and online throughout the UK.

I specialise in supporting autistic and ADHD adults and and those living with OCD, alongside anyone who identifies as neurodivergent or wants to explore whether they may be.

My approach is warm, honest and transparent. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself, ask questions and know that you will be accepted exactly as you are.

As well as supporting individuals aged 16+, I also offer sessions for partners and family members where this would benefit the therapeutic work, helping everyone develop a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and one another.

What therapeutic healing looks like

Our deepest wounds are often formed in relationship, and it is within relationship that healing can also be found.

A therapeutic relationship that feels safe, genuine and deeply attuned creates the conditions for healing. It offers the opportunity to develop new ways of relating to yourself and others, rooted in safety, trust and authenticity.

Inside the Therapy Room is a place where you can be heard, validated and understood.

Together we'll explore your experiences with curiosity rather than judgement, helping you recognise your strengths, understand the challenges you've faced and develop tools that allow you to live more authentically.

Therapy isn't about changing who you are.

It's about helping you feel more at home in yourself.
