Whether you've recently received a diagnosis, you're beginning to question whether you might be neurodivergent or you're simply feeling overwhelmed by life, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences and better understand yourself.

Support that's shaped around you
No two people experience the world in exactly the same way.
You may have spent years masking your true self, wondering why life feels harder than it seems to for everyone else or feeling like you're constantly trying to keep up.
Perhaps you're navigating the impact of an Autism, ADHD or OCD diagnosis, experiencing anxiety or burnout, or simply looking for a place where you can finally make sense of your experiences.
Whatever has brought you here, therapy isn't about changing who you are.
It's about helping you understand yourself with greater compassion, recognise your strengths alongside your struggles and feel more confident navigating life in a way that works for you.

What brings people to therapy?
Everyone's story is different, but many of the people I work with recognise some of these experiences.
You may be...
-
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted
-
Constantly overthinking situations or conversations
-
Masking who you are to fit in with others
-
Living with intrusive thoughts or compulsions
-
Struggling with burnout
-
Feeling misunderstood by those around you
-
Finding relationships or communication difficult
-
Living with low confidence or self-esteem
-
Feeling emotionally dysregulated
-
Processing a recent Autism, ADHD or OCD diagnosis
-
Wondering whether you may be neurodivergent
-
Looking for a better understanding of yourself
You don't need to tick every box.
You don't even need to know exactly why you're struggling.
Sometimes therapy simply begins with the feeling that something isn't quite right, and a desire to understand yourself a little better.
My therapy approach
Therapy that meets you where you are
I work as an Integrative Therapist, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches rather than following one fixed way of working.
Every person is different, so our sessions will always be shaped around your experiences, your goals and what feels most helpful for you.
At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest, ask questions and explore your thoughts without fear of judgement.
Alongside my specialist interest in Autism, ADHD and OCD, I've completed additional training in Rumination Focused Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with Dr Michael Greenberg, allowing me to support people experiencing obsessive thoughts and compulsions in a neurodivergent-affirming way.
My aim is never to change who you are.
It's to help you understand yourself more fully and feel more at home in who you are.
